ELIGIBILITY

The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and are licensed contractors operating in Northern California. Entrants must have a valid company email address. Bulk Exchange reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.

CONTEST PERIOD

The contest begins on January 20, 2024, at 12:00 PM PST, and ends on March 1, 2024, at 11:59 PM PST. All entries must be received within this timeframe. Bulk Exchange reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at its discretion.

HOW TO ENTER

Participants can enter the contest by completing the following steps:

  1. Sign up for a free contractor account at www.bulkexchange.com.
  2. Perform a vendor search and view five (5) claimed facility pages in Northern California.
  3. Email the names of the five facilities you visited to contests@bulkexchange.com.

Each participant may only enter once.

WINNER SELECTION

For every 100 eligible contractors who enter, a $1,000 prize (in the form of a gift card) will be awarded. Up to 10 total drawings will take place, meaning 10 contractors could each win a $1,000 gift card.

  • Winners will be announced on or before March 15, 2024.
  • Notifications and instructions for claiming prizes will be sent to the email address provided at the time of entry.
  • If a potential winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days of notification, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
  • Winners may be required to submit an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Prize Acceptance Form, and IRS W-9 form.

PRIZES

For every 100 contractors who enter, one winner will receive a $1,000 gift card. A total of up to 10 prizes, each worth $1,000, will be awarded.

  • Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash equivalents are permitted.
  • Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with accepting the prize.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS

Bulk Exchange and its affiliates are not responsible for:

  • Errors in entry submissions or prize notifications.
  • Lost, delayed, or misdirected entries due to technical or human error.

Bulk Exchange reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the contest if it cannot be conducted as planned due to unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or other causes beyond its control.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bulk Exchange and its affiliates from any claims or liability resulting from participation or acceptance of the prize. Bulk Exchange does not provide warranties for the prizes and disclaims liability for any damage resulting from contest participation.

PUBLICITY

By entering, participants grant Bulk Exchange permission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
